My 2-year-old can flip the four wooden shapes on her own without any help, and the hedgehog design keeps her coming back to it every day. The pieces spin smoothly in the frame, so it never gets frustrating for her.

The swiveling pieces are chunky and easy for little fingers to grip, which keeps my toddler engaged without frustration. I love that it offers three different animals to create from the same four tiles.

My two-year-old loves twisting the wooden swivels to switch between the hedgehog and the mouse. It’s nice that the puzzle stays completely flat in its frame, so no pieces go missing. She actually sat still for a good ten minutes figuring it out.
