My one-year-old grabbed the little wooden mallet and immediately started tapping everything in sight, which is exactly what I hoped for. The five pieces give us plenty of variety, and I love that they're sturdy enough to survive a toddler's enthusiastic jam session.

The little one grabbed the rattle and hasn’t let go since it arrived—the five pieces give us plenty of variety to keep her entertained. The sounds are gentle but engaging, and the wooden pieces feel solid in her hands.

The wooden pieces have a nice weight and feel sturdy for little hands, though the bell on the jingle stick could be a bit louder. My toddler enjoys shaking the maraca and banging the drum, so it’s already getting good use.
