Le Botaniste - 水彩筆記本 by Moulin Roty

The paper is so thick and sturdy, it handled a lot of water without any bleeding. My daughter's first flower paintings turned out beautifully.

I’ve been using this with my 6-year-old, and the thick paper really does hold up to wet washes without buckling. It’s refreshing to find a beginner-friendly notebook that doesn’t frustrate a child’s first tries with watercolour.

The paper is genuinely thick and holds watercolor washes well without buckling, which impressed me for the price. My only tiny gripe is the cover feels a bit plain, but the pages inside are perfect for practicing leaves and little birds.
