My toddler spends every Tuesday morning glued to the window waiting for "garbage day," and this little truck has become the star of the show. The chunky wooden build feels solid enough to survive being thrown across the room, which is exactly what happens when the real trash truck rolls by.

The side door actually opens, which my son loves for loading and unloading his toy blocks during his pretend trash pickup route. It’s sturdy enough to survive being dropped off the couch a few times already.

Seeing my toddler glued to the window every Tuesday morning for garbage trucks is a joy, and this little model with its working back flap has become his favorite toy.
