Chaffinch's Melody is a pretty music box with a drawer for keeping jewellery and secret things in. Turn the handle, open the box, and it comes to life: a delicately carved bird turns, reflected in a shaped mirror, to Antoine Renard’s “Le temps des cerises” by Antoine Renard. A drawer for storing treasures. Soft velvet lining. Song lasts approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds.

Amelia M. ★★★★★

The bird's reflection in the little mirror is mesmerizing when you wind the handle, and the drawer is just the right size for hiding a couple of rings. My daughter opens it every morning before school just to watch it spin.

Madison ★★★★★

The little bird spinning as the melody plays is even more charming in person, and the drawer is the perfect size for my daughter’s rings. She’s already hidden her favorite pebbles in there, and the handle turns so smoothly.

Avery F. ★★★★☆

The drawer slides smoothly and feels sturdy enough for a child's treasures. The tune is lovely and clear, though I wish it played a bit longer. A charming gift overall.
