My 9-year-old dove right in and loved weaving the beads on the loom — the tiny seed beads stay put way better than I expected. The eight included tubes gave us plenty of color variety to make a few bracelets right away, and the loom is sturdy enough for little hands.

The loom holds the beads securely while she works, which is perfect for a beginner, and the 8 tubes give plenty of color variety. Took her a couple tries to get the tension right on the bracelets, but once she did, they came out neat and sturdy.

My daughter made a few bracelets the first afternoon and the seed beads are vibrant. The loom is small but sturdy enough for her to weave patterns easily. It would be perfect if the instructions had a few more pattern ideas for beginners.
